Delete your account
Minutes of Meeting
You can permanently delete your Minutes of Meeting account and all
data associated with it directly from within the app — no separate
request or waiting period needed.
How to delete your account

Open the Minutes of Meeting app and sign in.

Go to the More tab, then tap Account.

Scroll to the Danger zone section and tap Delete account.

Confirm twice when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account (email/phone sign-in credentials)
- All notes, transcripts, and summaries
- All audio recordings you uploaded
- All folders and to-do items
This action is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you're unable to access the app (for example, you no longer have
the device or can't sign in), email
accounts@starshieldpaints.com
from the email address or phone number associated with your account
and we will delete your account and data within 30 days.
